About Kyle Nisenson

Mr. Nisenson is Global Crossing Conferencing's Senior Customer Application Manager, bringing in-depth industry knowledge to the customers of Global Crossing Conferencing. Mr. Nisenson also manages the Global Crossing Conferencing Evaluation Lab, which examines new and evolving video technologies such as IP video, desktop conferencing, and new MCU features.

Over the years, he has had an opportunity to work with major vendors, both network and hardware in the video conferencing arena. A network engineer, Mr. Nisenson was also a key member of the team that developed and deployed the first multipoint conferencing technology.

Mr. Nisenson has been published in "Network World, Communications News" and the "PictureTel User Group Monitor." He sits as one of the chairs on the IMTC End to End Connectivity Group, and is a regular contributor to the PictureTel "Ask The Experts Session." Mr. Nisenson also authors the "Lens of the Beholder" column published quarterly in Global Crossing Conferencing's "Newslink" publication.
